ABOUT COACH

My name is Yasaman Tadayon Bayatani and I was born in Tehran on December 3rd, 1991. I am a seasoned professional in the field of interior architecture and design. I received my diploma in graphic design from Roshangar High School in 2009 and went on to pursue my passion for design by obtaining a degree in Furniture Management and Decoration Management in 2014.

In 2020, I graduated with a master’s degree in interior architecture and began my professional career as a designer at a reputable construction engineering company. Simultaneously, I have been preparing myself professionally by completing both domestic and international coaching courses in physical readiness, bodybuilding, fitness, and private coaching. I have also earned certifications from the federations of general sports, bodybuilding, and fitness in Tehran province, as well as the European Register of Exercise Professionals. As a result, I have begun my professional coaching career as an assistant coach at the Aghdasiyeh Javan Club.

In 2020, I started working as a personal trainer at Raspinna Niavaran Club, and eventually, in 2022, after prepairing my home gym, I began my independent and focused work as a personal trainer. It is worth mentioning that my training experience as an athlete has been continuing professionally and consistently since 2009 until today. I have participated in domestic and international 10, 20, and 30-kilometer marathons, Tehran province’s crossfit competitions, Tehran province’s physical readiness competitions, and short-term collaborations with clubs such as Palladium and Sam Gym, which are also included in my resume.

WHAT WE DO

The gym provides a comprehensive range of bodybuilding equipment, allowing for professional-level workouts, as well as private functional classes, private plyometric or practical exercise classes for professional athletes in sports such as volleyball, basketball and Track and Field.

BODYBUILDING EQUIPMENT

includes lat pulldowns, leg press, cable crossover, chest press, smith machine, front and back leg curls, chest fly, crunch bench, and various barbells, weights, and dumbbells, which are used to strengthen the musculoskeletal system and improve resistance exercises.

AEROBIC DEVICES

 includes ellipticals, stationary bikes, curved treadmills, and regular treadmills, which are commonly used to strengthen the cardiovascular system.

• People who are interested and eager to participate in sports and do not need to create a sense of enthusiasm to attend the gym. This club is a completely private and isolated space where you and the trainer will have an hour of professional and planned training together in a professional atmosphere with a wonderful and relaxing view and you will enjoy it. On the other hand, if you are interested in exercising with your friends in a professional atmosphere, we have made it possible for you to have semi-private classes with up to 3 people. Lifestyle and essential rules of our club:

1- Attending the collection on time is mandatory. (If you are late, it will be deducted from your exercise time because the planning of the next people will be challenged.)

2- If a challenge occurs one day before your class schedule and you request not to attend, this will be approved, but if this is announced on the day of the class, the session will be cancelled. Note: It is accepted only once in the whole month if something unexpected happens to the person on the day of the class.

3- It is forbidden to talk while exercising.

4- The reason for attending the gym is for training and exercise, not fun and entertainment, and in the case of a semi-private class, it is mandatory to comply with this issue.

5- Avoid talking on the side while exercising.

6- You have one hour of dedicated exercise time, during this time the mobile phone should be placed in the locker.

7- In every session of the exercises that are said to be done, avoid requesting to change or delete the exercise in a tasteful way.

8- Please bring personal items such as towels and special shoes for inside the club.
